Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai held a meeting with a visiting Japanese delegation at his official residence in Raipur, discussing opportunities for investment, industrial expansion, and technical collaboration in the state.
Welcoming the delegation, the Chief Minister highlighted Chhattisgarh’s investor-friendly policies and growing appeal as a destination for global investments. Referring to his earlier visit to Japan, he noted that the state is actively working to attract international partnerships that can accelerate industrial development.
Sai emphasized that Japan’s advanced technological expertise could play a key role in strengthening Chhattisgarh’s industrial ecosystem. He expressed confidence that increased cooperation would generate employment opportunities for youth and boost economic growth in the region.
The Japanese delegation appreciated the state government’s new industrial policy, describing it as transparent and conducive for business expansion. Members of the delegation also conveyed their interest in increasing investments in the state.
Senior officials and representatives from industry were present during the meeting, including executives from Konoike Transport and FSNL, along with other key stakeholders.
The meeting is seen as a step toward strengthening international ties and promoting Chhattisgarh as an emerging hub for industrial and technological collaboration.
