Amid escalating tensions in West Asia, US President Donald Trump has reportedly sent a 15-point ceasefire proposal to Iran in an effort to ease the ongoing conflict. The development comes as the United States, backed by Israel, remains engaged in a month-long standoff with Tehran, raising concerns over regional stability and global oil supply.
According to reports, the proposal was delivered to Tehran through Pakistan, with Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir playing a key diplomatic role in facilitating communication between the two sides. Pakistan has also offered to host peace talks to encourage dialogue and reduce tensions.

While the complete details of the 15-point ceasefire plan have not been officially disclosed, sources indicate that the proposal largely focuses on Iran’s nuclear and missile programs. The plan reportedly suggests a one-month ceasefire to create space for negotiations and diplomatic engagement.
